Moving Mirror Productions Musical Theatre Class

Preregistration (returning students and siblings) - June 1, 2026

New Students - June 8, 2026 - Please note that space may be extremely limited due to preregistration.

Program will have a class maximum of 34 students.  After that students may opt to join the waitlist.

Who:  Students in Grades 4-9 in the 2026/2027 School Year

When:  Mondays 3:30-5:30 - September 2026 to May 2027

Where:  Gilmore Community School

Cost:  $975

Performance Dates:  May 21-22, 2027- Evergreen Cultural Centre, Coquitlam

Technical Rehearsal Dates:   May 19-20, 2027 - Evergreen Cultural Centre, Coquitlam

Saturday Rehearsals: October 24, January 16, May 1

Fundraiser Performance:  March 6, 2027 at the Evergreen Cultural Centre

Attendance:

Students are expected to attend all rehearsals, including regular rehearsals, Saturday rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and all performances (including the fundraiser).

While attendance is required throughout the rehearsal period, attendance at all rehearsals during the two weeks leading up to the performance is mandatory and non-negotiable.

A detailed attendance policy will be provided at the first rehearsal.

Cancellation Policy

The course fee of $975 is payable to Moving Mirror Productions either as a one-time payment upon registration or in three (3) post-dated cheques.

Requests to cancel or withdraw from the program must be submitted in writing by midnight on Monday, September 21, 2026. Requests received by this deadline will be eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus a 10% processing fee ($97.50).

Requests for cancellation or withdrawal received after September 21, 2026 will result in the forfeiture of all program fees.

In cases where a participant must withdraw due to serious injury or circumstances beyond their control, Moving Mirror Productions will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Policy 

All fees ($975) are due within 7 days of registration for our program.  Failure to complete registration with payment may result in forfeiture of student's spot in the program.

Accepted forms of payment:

-eTransfers - only applicable to payments in full

-Cheques - Made out to Moving Mirror Productions - can be used for payment in full or post dated cheques

Post-Dated Cheques

While the entire course fee is due upon registration we do allow for post dated cheques to be written.  All three cheques must be received within 7 days of registration and dated accordingly.  Please note eTransfers are accepted only for full payments and payment plan must be paid by post dated cheques.
