Our 2024/2025 program will open for registrations on the following dates:

Broadway Jr. - After School Program

Who:  Students in Grades 4-9

When:  Mondays 3:30-5:30 - September 2024 to May 2025

Where:  Gilmore Community School

Cost:  $950 per student

Performance Dates:  May 30-31, 2025 at the Evergreen Cultural Centre

Technical Rehearsal Dates:   May 28-29, 2025 at the Evergreen Cultural Centre

Saturday Rehearsals:  October 19, January 18, May 3 - 9:00AM to 3:00 PM - Port Moody

Fundraiser Performance:  March 1, 2025 at the Evergreen Cultural Centre

Students must be available for all rehearsals, Saturday rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances.  You will be given an attendance policy at the first rehearsal.

​Cancellation Policy

Course fees of $950 are payable to Moving Mirror Productions,  either in a one time payment upon registration or by three (3) post-dated cheques.  

Any request for cancellation or withdraw from the program must be made, in writing, prior to midnight, Monday, September 23, 2024.  Requests for reimbursement of course fees made by this time will be honoured, minus a 10% ($95) processing fee.

Any request for cancellation or withdraw from the program after this date will result in forfeiture of all program fees paid to Moving Mirror Productions.

If cancellation or withdraw from program is due to serious injury, or inability to continue in the program is due to means outside of the student’s control, Moving Mirror Productions will asses these situations on a case by case basis.

Payment Policy 

All fees ($950) are due within 7 days of registration for our program.  Failure to complete registration with payment may result in forfeiture of student's spot in the program.

Accepted forms of payment:

-eTransfers - only applicable to payments in full

-Cheques - Made out to Moving Mirror Productions - can be used for payment in full or post dated cheques

Post-Dated Cheques

While the entire course fee is due upon registration we do allow for post dated cheques to be written.  All three cheques must be received within 7 days of registration and dated accordingly.  Please note eTransfers are accepted only for full payments and payment plan must be paid by post dated cheques.
